Do you see yourself as a leader?
When you have little humans looking to you for guidance, you have no choice but to lead.
It starts there and extends to family and work life. Not in all situations, but in many a situation, I am leading.
It’s a privilege, and one worth taking seriously. Not easy, but fulfilling.

True, it’s a little scary though that my son will look upto me for everything! I often wonder will I be a good role model for him to follow!
