Funny for a guy who couldn’t really play soccer, my nickname probably came about because both names start with Jo.
Jorris was a star high school soccer player, and I was but a little primary school kid. My friends felt wise that Jonathan is too long, so Jorris it became.
What do you listen to while you work?
Background noises are sufficient. When studying, I would listen to Enya, can’t get tired of her folk music. But with work, maybe silence is my superpower. Oh, along with the keystrokes, of course.
What bothers you and why?
Yes, it is self-inflicted, as no one is forcing me to put pen to paper, or is it finger to keyboard? I do want to write more frequently here, but for a variety of reasons, am not doing so. So, yeah, lack of consistency bothers me.
