What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten?
Such an easy question, but so difficult to answer. Taste buds changed over the years. But a red velvet cake is always a treat.

What are you passionate about?
Maybe it’s not passion, but I’ve been asking myself what loyalty means. Why is it so important that it makes us hang on, even if the arrangement is not serving it’s original purpose? From our favourite clothing, coffee mug, house, to relationships, we’re sticky for what we think we own.
Maybe, inevitably, we develop some level of passion for what we are committed to. That way, we try to fix and improve, postponing the inevitable separation.
So, as I asked myself this question, I could only conclude that maybe, I am passionate about writing this piece right now.
What are the most important things needed to live a good life?
As the saying goes, a healthy person wants many things, but a sick person only wants one thing.
When we are healthy, or as healthy as we can be, we can take on the world.
What’s the most fun way to exercise?
Exercise, though necessary, can be a drag. Why sweat while you can be pristine, why waste a minute practicing when there’s a nice movie you can watch right now?
So, it’s a constant fight with the guilty conscience. To do, or not to do.
I have found that the best exercise is the one you do. Do what works for you, right now. Walk a few steps more if you’re a walker, and bundle it with a reward.
Step by step, you’ll be chopping away at the 1000 miles. Soon, you’ll be far enough on the journey that the journey will be the more automatic choice.
